Simple fudge

A simple recipe for Fudge made by cousin's mother-in-law.

A SIMPLE FUDGE

Ingredients :

sugar - 2 cups

milk powder - 1 tbsp

saltless butter - 1 small square

cocoa powder - 2 tbsp

salt - a pinch

water - a little or milk - 2 cups

Method :

1. Cook all the ingredients together. To test if mixture is ready, drop a little into a saucer of water. If it becomes a ball, it is ready.
2. Lower heat and stir till thick. Empty on a greased plate. Set aside. Cut into squares.
